These terms are a simple agreement for using Storianna. Creating an account means you accept them.

Who we are

The service
Storianna helps adults organize family learning, plan and preserve their family story. It is a private organizer, not a school, accreditation service or government filing office, and it does not provide legal advice, official transcripts or certification. Family-prepared records do not guarantee institutional acceptance or satisfaction of education requirements. Optional AI drafts can contain mistakes; review facts, answer keys, suitability and activity safety before use. Adult review does not confer official status.
Age and household responsibility
You must be at least 18 and have authority to manage the family information you add. Children cannot create accounts or use Storianna independently. You are responsible for the learner profiles and files in households you control, including what invited adults add.
Privacy
Household learning records are private by default. The Privacy Policy explains what we store and how deletion works.
Acceptable use
Use Storianna to document your family’s learning. Do not upload anything unlawful, harmful, or that you do not have the right to store. Do not try to access another household. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Subscriptions
The purchase screen shows the price, billing interval and applicable taxes before confirmation. You can cancel renewal through the applicable billing provider. Cancellation does not by itself delete saved records. Contact support about refunds or statutory withdrawal; cancellation of renewal is separate from withdrawal rights. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or remedies for defective digital services.
Availability
Storianna is offered worldwide, subject to applicable law and the availability of app stores, payment providers, and supporting services. We work to keep Storianna available and to fix problems, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. Features may change or be withdrawn. We will not sell your family records as a condition of those changes.
Ending the account
You can export and delete from settings. We may close an account that breaks these terms. After deletion, live records are removed as described in the Privacy Policy. Questions can be sent to the contact address published above.
