Storianna documents the service providers that may process data to operate the product, the purpose of that processing, and the controls that apply.

Diagnostics and optional integrations
Sentry and hosting diagnostics may process technical error and request metadata when configured. Mobile store purchases and device services involve their platform providers when enabled. Optional telemetry requires the applicable privacy controls; private family content must not be included in diagnostic events.
Hosting, database, and storage
Supabase provides authentication, database and private file storage. Vercel hosts the website. A database region alone does not establish that all provider processing and support access stays in that region.
AI and media processing
If you turn on an AI feature, a generation provider such as OpenAI may receive only the minimized data needed for that feature. AI stays off unless you opt in.
Billing
Stripe processes household subscription payments on the web. Card details stay with Stripe. Storianna only treats a household as paid after a verified Stripe event.
Email and notifications
Resend sends configured account and service emails. Native notification delivery may involve Expo, Apple or Google when enabled; device push is outside the initial web release.
